Why this website was created.

I was not prompted by anyone at cfd Investments, Inc., or their associated companies, to put this website together. It is my attempt at communicating a feeling about THEM and what they do. I invite you to take the time to peruse this site and see if that feeling doesn't reach out and connect with you on some level and make you want to become
a cfd Rep.

The other side of the road.

As an independent television producer for 35 years I have worked with and for
many, many clients on several different levels producing TV shows, music videos,
and hundreds of television commercials. In 1998 I was contacted by a financial advisor, named Mick Owens, to produce a 7 hour, 4 DVD set on, of all things, financial planning.

Having worked mainly with known music artists producing music videos I kind of hesitated at the idea of doing something that seemed outside of my normal sphere of expertise. He was, however, convincing in his integrity and I decided to accept the challenge. I might even learn something about the financial world that I didn't already know.. the project would only take 4 to 5 months and it would be something different from my norm.

Strangely, better than 8 years later, I was still working with his financial organization, cfd Investments, Inc. Throughout that period I maintained my residency and my home production studio here in Nashville, TN., but traveled to the cfd main office in Kokomo, IN from 4 to 8 times a year to video various scheduled events such as the annual Rep conference, client appreciation dinners, etc. I created a substantial number of unique audio/video presentations, TV spots, DVDs, and websites on behalf of this thriving broker/dealer organization, all the while knowing I was contributing to something special.

What I came to see and understand over and over again through that period was that both the attitude and the business ethics of the people I had become involved with were truly "one of a kind." Simply put, this small broker/dealer, known as cfd Investments, is a genuine giant in the financial business when it comes to INTEGRITY and SERVICE.
